OpenAI API: Conflict text content for analysis and feedback generation (processed temporarily and not stored by us).

Public profile data: Your display name is stored in a separate, publicly searchable database so that other users can find you for invitations.

4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract), Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the app).
5. Data Sharing
We share data only with the third-party providers listed in section 2. Some process data outside the EU (e.g., USA). We ensure appropriate safeguards in line with Art. 46 GDPR.
6. Data Retention
Personal data is deleted when it is no longer required for the purposes stated and there are no legal retention obligations.
If a user deletes their account, all associated data is erased, including conflicts they created.
In paired conflicts, if one participant deletes their account, the entire conflict (including both participants’ entries) is permanently deleted.
7. User Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent. You may lodge complaints with a supervisory authority.
